Excellent rapport qualité prix.
A recommander pour toute personne qui visite Genève mais n´a pas les moyens de se payer un hôtel dans cette ville.
Malheureusement l´accueil ferme à 23h00 ce qui nous a fait raté la première nuit de notre séjour et a engendré du stress et une réservation supplémentaire dans un autre hôtel.

Hôtel propre, récent, les chambres sont classiques et bien agencées. J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié l'établissement qui en plus est proche de l'aéroport de Genève. Par contre si le personnel est agréable, il y a eu quelques soucis de communications. Tout d'abord mea culpa je n'avais pas vu que l'hôtel n'avait pas d'accueil de nuit. Par contre j'avais prévenu par message que j'arrivai vers minuit (l'hôtel ferme vers 23h). On m'a appelé pour me redemander mon heure d'arrivée le jour même à 20h alors que j'étais en route et que je ne pouvais plus faire grand chose si ce n'est annuler mes pause... Ce que j'ai fait, je suis donc arrivé vers 22h30, j'ai sonné, personne, j'ai attendu 25 minutes avant que quelqu'un m’accueil. (J'ai sonné plusieurs fois en vain). Bref, en dehors de ces quelques problèmes c'est un établissement très très correct.

Chambre au dessus d’un restaurant, c’est pas isolé vous pouvez dormir que quand le service est fini sinon demandez une chambre au deuxième étage au 1er c’est l’enfer

We didn’t enjoy our experience at the Woods Hotel. We had issues with a smelly room to start, although once reported we were swapped immediately. However, the room we was given had dirty sheets and when we requested for the room to be made up, we returned to find the same dirty sheets, but the bed has been made. In our opinion, the restaurant next door seemed very lively and was good value for money. However, it seems that the management of the hotel spend all of their time and effort at the restaurant neglecting the hotel and its guests.
The reception area was regularly unattended with nobody available to speak to. You would ring the bell consistently wait for 1015 minutes and then just give up. We expressed disappointment to the hotel manager, but he was very this interested and almost laughed us off.
