Don’t know if they forgot I came because my room wasn’t clean. The bed was no done, trash in the trash can, empty bottle on the table and dirty towels in the bathtub.
The room itself was good.
There is not much to do in Clearwater city in winter but the national park is amazing.

The room was very nice. We were there on a really cold day the heatwrs kept us toasty. Theu were short staffed so check in was a hour later. But other than that id stay there again. The beds were comfy nice tv. My famipy and i are happy.

The rooms have been newly renovated. The beds are comfortable and new. Reception was very friendly and the price was very good compared to other Motels. Every room has a view of the lake and parking is free. I highly recommend staying here.

I knew it would be a motel, but the welcome email and the photos give it more justice than reality. My room was not clean (the toilet was not cleaned), and the kitchen-type items were in disarray. I think they were about 80% through the reno, and stopped. They are almost there - and if it were clean - honestly, it would be a great spot. Comfortable enough bed.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms have just been upgraded, and the space was laid out with helpful items like dishes and utensils, charging stations. There was a patio with a path to the lake.

Vieille hotel dans un processus de renovation pour moderniser les lieux mais l’objectif n’est pas encore atteint.
La prise électrique de la salle de bain me fonctionnait pas. La barre de serviette est sur le point de tomber. On entend fortement les bruits des chambres a l’étage au dessus. Pas d’intimité avec la fenêtre avant et arrière qui donne sur une zone de circulation des usagers de l’hotel.

entrance and parking lot were not appealing. there was junk visible. rooms were fine, furniture in the kitchen was dated and bathroom fixtures were old and leaky.
expected the room to be lakefront, my mistake. there were other properties in between.
Mini at the reception was the best part of the hotel, and she helped us by providing us with whatever was missing from the room. She also helped us with our questions about the town.
