I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and have always liked it …. This visit not so much…. looked like the vacuum cleaner had not been working when they used it. There was a big stain on the carpet in front of the television that I’m sure they could’ve gotten out if they tried, and then one of the chairs was broken….. when I used the restroom down by the kitchen area where they serve breakfast it was very dirty… so I thought maybe I just got the bad room…. but I always get a customer satisfaction survey….not this time…. One more thing when I was checking out the gal behind the counter was coughing and coughing. It would’ve been nice if she could’ve put a mask on……

One night stay with family of four. The room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, even though it seemed to be fully booked. Conveniently located. Good choices for breakfast both hot and cold. I wish breakfast on the weekend started a little bit earlier for those of us who had to be somewhere earlier in the morning. Would stay again.

Ellen and her staff; Brenna, Gina, Rachel, Brandon(the overnite clerk who does a great job of setting up Breakfast each morning) and Shanna do an amazing job; welcoming, helpful and efficient. The location is idea with close access to both the beach and Canal Park. Re-locating from across the country I spent a month at the hotel and while the move was not stress free it helped that each evening when I returned to the hotel I was comfortable and settled. Diana, Danielle and their colleagues in housekeeping did a great job too!!

Great hotel right on the canal! This hotel had one of the cleanest rooms, I've ever had. Super friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.
