Candlewood Suites DENVER NORTH - THORNTON by IHG

I woke up my first night itching horribly with dozens of bumps all over my body. The mattress was covered in bed bugs. When I went to shower, the curtain wouldn’t reach the floor and flooded the bathroom floor. Fortunately they did give me a new room on request but I would probably not risk another stay at this property.

Stayed three months and not once did I have I single complaint. The hotel is clean, comfortable and run welll. I suggest this hotel for anyone you wants a quiet and cozy place to stay.

Quiet, clean, great amenities and kind staff on duty 24/7. Candlewood is an excellent, upscale hotel for those who want peace and quiet + excellent service.

Excellent staff, very clean and quiet. No vagrants hanging around with well lit and safe parking. It’s worth the extra bucks for such a nice place. WiFi could be a little better but it’s stulll doable.

I always stay at Candlewood Suites because they have recliners which due to fibromyalgia I have to sleep in a recliner. The room was great except the recliner was not. The back of the recliner has been broken and leans back before without putting foot rest up. When you recline it won’t stay down and will bring you back up. Staff was great. Chair needs replaced. Apolstry is in bad shape. I still highly recommend Candalwood suites.

Clean room, friendly & professional staff, close to everything I needed

The girl at the front desk , the evening we checked in, was just as cute as can be! Very helpful, thoughtful ,and considerate. Room was very clean and quiet

It was very comfortable, the staff was very courteous and professional. I plan coming back here. Location is excellent, lots of stores and restaurants close by.
