Be careful booking with this accommodation. Even when the mountain is closed due to there being no snow, they offer no refund or moving booking to another date. Communication is difficult too as no one answers the phone.

Appalling service not getting a refund with lockdown. Lots of other Thredbo axiom providing refund. Just criminal. All my other perisher accom and even Bali accom in lockdown 100% refunded with same T&C. Absolutely ridiculous.
