Overall it was an okay stay.. it could've been better. The staff was polite & check in was easy. I was disappointed that there was no toilet paper & the bed only had a very thin top cover. There was no real blanket on the bed. We figured it out with what we had. Also it was confusing getting to our room from the elevator. Using the stairs was faster. They also charge for parking in their parking lot. On a positive note, breakfast was good & Tyrone the breakfast attendant was very kind and helpful!

The dishes were extremely dirty when we arrived. The beds are not comfortable at all and the pull out couch you can feel the springs. Our toilet was leaking from the back we noticed them upon plus noticing it the same night and was told someone would come fix it. We left the next day in hopes to stay out their way and THEY NEVER CAME so it leaked the entire time. I changed our hotel upon check out.

We had 2 different stores on the property and neither one had working air conditioning/heat. The third room smelled like smoke so we moved to an entirely different hotel. The staff was very accommodating and we were refunded our money.

I stayed at this hotel after a HORRIBLE experience at the Hampton Inn Glenside. I wish I had chosen this hotel first- they let me check in early so I could take a shower (as I had no hot water from my other hotel). Front desk staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Large suite with a private bedroom, pull out couch, 2 tvs, and full kitchen. Breakfast was good. Gym had treadmill, bike, elliptical, and free weights. I will definitely be staying here again!

The staff is so sweet and understanding ! This is our 4th year staying there for Thanksgiving with our field hockey team we love it here !

Staff was good. Hotel quiet. Water hot and soft. Kitchen well stocked, seating comfortable. Living room lighting was good. Lighting in the bathroom and by the vanity was not bright and bathroom fan was connected to the lights so it stayed on. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Overall good stay
Room could have been cleaner. Staff was great and breakfast was very generous with lots of options. Room was spacious. However, bathroom had no toiletries. No soap at all. And the shower head was broken and sprayed all over and drenched the entire floor and even the ceiling. Very difficult to shower. It was a handicap tub and i fear someone with a disability would have had an awful experience. Hotel was clean overall.

Nothing was nice it smelled like mold. There was actually mole in the shower ceiling. It felt cold the heating made noise.
