Inviting lobby, comfortable room, and ample parking were great but the best part of my stay was conversation with Tabatha in the Club Room during breakfast over the period of my stay. Visiting the area with my son to find an apartment as he starts his residency at VCU shortly, we hit the jackpot with Tabatha who knows all the areas of the city and even individual apartment complexes in detail. She was practically a consultant to us and each morning asked about our search the previous day and offered insightful and very helpful, actionable opinions. I will definitely stay here again when I come visit my son. Thank you Tabatha!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and service was lovely. No hassles over Wifi or bottled water, which I really appreciated. The food in their on-site restaurant was tasty! Ample room to sit in the lobby and work or comfortably sit and chat. If I’m ever in Richmond again, I’d stay here again for sure.

We just checked in. Most disappointing Westin experience we’ve had. We are Marriot Bonvoy members and just came from an outstanding experiencing in Savannah. Desk staff when we arrived were rude and the ‘new dog floor’ is uncomfortable and unacceptable. We were on the concierge floor during our last stay here in January and it is the standard that we expected. These ‘dog’ rooms are sp**** and uncomfortable. Our dog is a highly trained hospital K9 dog - I feel like we were relegated to a kennel. We will not be returning and we certainly expect a more pleasant welcome!

We absolutely love this hotel-- it's upscale, clean and the staff is wonderful! We loved the hotel restaurant so much that we ate there twice for dinner. The restaurant staff, Kelsi and Tiara were so wonderful and accommodating... and the food/drinks were delicious. We highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Richmond area!

For the price paid (around 200) for the night the room was very nice and refreshed. Even the bathroom is big. We had a king bed and a small sofa a teenager spent the night on. The staff was great. The room felt very clean and inviting. Storage for items was ample. I would easily stay here again at this price point.

I was in town for a wedding, and was very impressed. I was on the second floor which seemed like it had been renovated. It was clean, the beds were wonderful, the parking was free…I have zero complaints and would stay there again.

The room was cool but loved the service I received everywhere! In the club level, Francine is an angel. So nice and friendly and personable. I will come back just to hang out with her! Also at the restaurant level, Nia was so attentive and lovely! I was just visiting for some water and a glass of wine and she was sooooo on the spot and quick. And the bartender, Dylan, was so speedy making our drinks. The service all over was 10/10. Even if I come back and don’t stay here, I’d come to visit Francine, Nia, and Dylan. Truly happy with my experience here. A++.
