Enjoyed our stay b/c this is nice hotel with spacious suites, responsive staff, excellent hot breakfast buffet, plus it's ideal for walking through nearby office park with pretty lakes and excellent, safe walking paths.

The bathroom was too small and the carpet was dirty. The toilet also flooded. Overall in poor condition.

Just returned from our trip and we stayed at this hotel. We have stayed here in the past but we were very disappointed this time and may not return. Hotel is seeming run down and not as well maintained. The "Welcome" bag that they provide when checking in contained 2 waters but not the 'snack' that it was supposed to have. The room was not well cleaned even to the point that when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, the mattress pad was dirty so we removed that only to find that the mattress itself had a very large urine stain right in the middle of the bed. Soap in the shower was empty and the water control for the shower was temperamental and getting a comfortable temperature was difficult. Breakfast one morning was okay but the second morning the options were limited and not very fresh. The one upside was that the front staff desk when we arrived (Bob) was very friendly and helpful.

Here for the night and the reviews and photos are not what you can expect it’s false advertising. Worst Hyatt I ever stayed in and being a Hyatt rewards member I’m very disappointed. Pool is dirty and not swim-able. We had to ask for extra linens for our room as there were none for occupancy of 4.

We thought the staff was very friendly. My one complaint centers around the carpet between the toe queen beds. This area needed cleaning and had several stains. Other areas of the room were very clean.
