Hotel Merlin International

My overall experience was great. The room was clean and neatly organized with clean toilets. The food quality was good.

Stay at hotel is unhappy due to various reasons. Reached hotel by 9pm with family booked, stayed in ***y properties like this. Receptionist was of attitude that we wrongly booked the property and we are there. At entrance itself it was unwelcome attitude of all staffs. Hotel have bar attached, so for a family this is not a good option. Stayed in ***y properties, this kind of behaviour from staffs so i comment, never did for other stays bcoz nothing wrong to comment. Room kettle given was not working, when asked for bottle of water advised that we must call their restuarant for bottle to room. Their attitude was we are using booked property for first time. The room given was in 3rd floor, with 2 children and luggages they made us through stairs even lift was there. They behaved like we intruded in their property. All staffs behaviour was very bad. Pre-used sheet seems to be used since had itching sense for all. Had stay in hotel was horrible. Hope my suggestion will benefit some one. Saw better on property reviews before booking. Good parking space is available.

Ac wasn't working well. The hotel didn't try resolving the problem. Our room was clean, but felt damp due to the ac not working efficiently. The air coming out of the vents were slightly cooler than air from a fan. They sent a tech, but nothing was resolved. We kept the ac running all day from 3pm but the temp in the room did not budge.

The location is good and adjacent to railway station. The hotel is neat and the receptionist behaves friendly and restaurant service is great. The only drawback is that there is no lift provided in the hotel which is unheard of for any 3 storied building. People who have knees problems, can’t stay here. They should install a lift which is a bare minimum these days.

Stayed for one night. Neat & tidy rooms. Very near to railway station and busstand. No lifts only staircase

Overall room was good but need improvement in linens as they need replacement and also stinking, please

The room was neat and clean. All the other services were excellent and up to the mark. I have enjoyed the stay.

Everything was fine except the room having no window or any outside view. Was like a box. Ok for a day or two only. Location excellent - bang besides the railway station. Food excellent with all choices. Room amenities also excellent. Staff very courteous and decent.
