Room service is very poor, room service call not attend, other facilities like mini bar snake's not available in room, ac cooling conditions is poor. Restornt service is very good.

Trichur tower is a good hotel, easy to access, near to sakthan thampuran stand, having excellent car parking facility, rooms are good, spacious, value for money, staffs are very good, service also excellent, ***agement staff are also really impressive. Over i rate 4. 5/5.

Transportation is easy. Property located in good place. Trichur tower receptionist & workers are good ones. Good food. Rooms are hygiene & neat

Property is very badly maintained. The rooms are small. Old. Not worth the money at all. Pls don't choose this place. They didn't have a buffet inspite of adequate guests including a celebrity guest there.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
