Stay was ok. Staff all nice. Hotel is dated and very much showing its age! My room was next to a fire door in the corridor and all night long I was woken by it banging

Room very spartan and poorly equipped. Notice says ‘Ring reception for assistance’ but no phone provided. Only one chair in a double room. Shower liable to flood and extractor not working. Bed very firm and could do with a softer ‘Topper’. Lovely food spoiled by being served on cold plates.

Stayed there last week for work, it's a basic hotel in terms of the rooms, however it's clean it's quiet and the foods great and drinks are fairly priced. You go to bed and there generally isn't any p***heads making a racket. Perfect for business and I hear the golfs great to. On reception Jo was really helpful and accommodating and always had a smile for you. The rooms were cleaned really well I never met her but I got her name as Agi, who looked after my room. Done a great job. Thanks all 🙂

Beautifully decorated for Christmas and had no issues with breakfast.
A few features in the room and bathroom were slightly outdated but worked perfectly fine, just a contrast to how modern everything else looks

Attended a business event hosted here and the event room and staff were excellent. Bar food and restaurant was superb quality at reasonable prices for the standard served. Breakfast was a very well stocked buffet with a good selection of hot and cold choices. Recommended

A nice comfortable and large room. The bed was very comfortable and i had a good sleep. The temperature of the room was also very good. I did have an issue with the TV (not very good signal, almost made it unwatchable) In general the room was fine but it could do with a little updating.

We cannot thank you enough for making our daughter's 21st birthday so special! Zoe was great making sure that all our needs were met, and offering us early access to dress the room was greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were friendly and polite. The food was hot, plentiful, tasty and great quality! We had several friends and family that stayed at the hotel and they were all very happy with the accommodation. Thank you to all the staff and chefs for helping us all to celebrate our daughter's special day and make special memories with her friends and family!

Not too much to say as did not use the amenities, bed was comfy, room was clean, though Shower was a dribble. I am told by others staying they did not have this issue and the hotel said they would get this sorted. Good service all round
