The environment is great, the location is excellent, and the room is spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff, in particular, had a wonderful service attitude, very grateful and enthusiastic towards guests, and proactively helped them with their problems!

Clean and tidy, the room is spacious with a mini-fridge, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The service was excellent; we even got complimentary snacks upon check-in. Breakfast had a great variety, and the aged tofu was especially delicious.

Hotel looks great from the outside and the room was clean enough. It's close to shopping malls and a subway station, which is good as its a fair way from the older part of town. Breakfast was varied and tasty. However, for an international chain, the lack of English - speaking staff was surprising. Overall, not the best value for money in my opinion.
