Luna, one of the staff members, was very kind and promptly helped with any requests. The hotel's location is also very convenient for dining and transportation. I felt very comfortable and secure during my stay.

The hotel is newly renovated, with a simple yet grand lobby. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that provide fantastic natural light. The bathroom has a clean and odor-free wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing is excellent – I couldn't hear any high-speed rail noise at all. The mini-bar is well-stocked, and the smart facilities are easy to use. I'd especially like to commend Lynn at the front desk. Her attitude was gentle and polite, and she processed my check-in very quickly. She proactively introduced the hotel's amenities, such as breakfast and the gym, and thoughtfully provided travel directions. She was responsive to my needs, professional, and genuinely warm. The 'Jia Wei' breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including local specialty 'Jianbing Guozi'. The 24-hour gym is always available, meeting all the needs of business travelers. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it to travelers coming to and from Tianjin South Station. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Tianjin!
