The location is excellent. The gardens are magnificent. The service is warm and thoughtful. The parking lot is very spacious and ample. The most basic rooms are much larger than other hotel suites.

1. The facilities in the room are so rudimentary that they are not even comparable to domestic four-star or even three-star hotels. There are no basic disposable items such as shower caps, razors, combs, etc. There is no trash can next to the washbasin, and you have to run to the toilet to throw away the trash. There are no spare quilts or pillows. 2. The breakfast is so bad that it is outrageous, with few varieties, unpalatable, and not fresh. The hot dishes are just a rotten potato stewed chicken and blackened cabbage that you can't tell whether it is fried or boiled (and there are only these two dishes for two days). The noodles of the fried noodles are all air-dried... Really speechless😓 3. I don't recommend it at all. I was completely deceived by the Marriott title🤥

The room is large and equipped with complete kitchen supplies and equipment. It is very clean and makes people feel safe to use it. The staff are all of high quality and have good attitudes, making guests feel like they are at home. The breakfast is of good quality and has many varieties.

Although I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!
