Facilities: Really good, the room is spacious and there's a swimming pool, gym, etc. Hygiene: Also very good, they provide disposable bathtub covers. Environment: The environment is great, and the high-rise view is beautiful. Service: The service attitude is excellent; they even helped mail an item I left behind.

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.

Terrible! I stayed in room 4011. I had an early flight and barely had any time to sleep, but the air conditioning in the room wasn't working at all. When I called, they didn't fix it and told us to use a fan with ice – is that what you call a five-star hotel's facilities? I tried to make the best of it, but I couldn't sleep a wink and was drenched in sweat as soon as I lay down! My flight was at 5 AM, and they only resolved the room change issue at 1 AM. To top it off, I even scraped my foot during the whole ordeal! Absolutely disgusting!

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. It's in the city center, parking is convenient, and getting around is easy. It's quite simple to reach all the attractions. The service was also acceptable, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel room is incredibly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and offer stunning sunset views. The staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tianjin.

Extremely satisfied! The location is super convenient, and the service attitude is great. The best part is the amazing city view. It's really close to Joy City and the Five Avenues. Downstairs, there are tons of supermarkets and various restaurants, including McDonald's and KFC. I'll definitely be back!

1. The crib provided is unsuitable for a 3-4 month old baby because it's too low. Adults have to bend almost to their heels to put the baby in, which is not only uncomfortable for the adult but also wakes the baby up immediately. 2. The furniture design in the room is extremely impractical; there are sharp protrusions everywhere, making it very easy for both adults and children to bump into them. 3. An hour before breakfast service ended, many items, like stir-fries, were no longer being replenished, meaning we couldn't get what we wanted to eat. Overall, for a five-star hotel, I'm quite dissatisfied.

This was my second stay here. I chose The Tangla Hotel again because the rooms are spacious, and so are the bathrooms, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a desk for working and a sofa with a coffee table perfect for eating or just lounging. The walk-in closet also offers ample storage. It would be even better if the glass partitions were opaque, allowing a family to use different areas simultaneously. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, a rare find in other hotels, and of very high quality. Plus, the location is great; Five Great Avenues and Jiangbin Road are all within walking or cycling distance, making dining and shopping very convenient. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old, with minor issues here and there, like a leaky showerhead, a bathroom door that's hard to push open, and unclear light indicators. These are areas the hotel could definitely address. Overall, I think it offers great value for money. I recommend staying here.

This has to be one of the best value-for-money hotels in Tianjin! The rooms are over 60 square meters, the bathrooms are spacious, the views are expansive, and the bedding is quite comfortable. It's also conveniently located.

There were so many issues, but I'll focus on the main three. I seriously considered complaining, but the manager was genuinely proactive in resolving things, so I'm giving full marks for service. For everything else, consider this a warning for fellow travelers. First, the 'view room' on the 48th floor was simply uninhabitable. The bar on the 49th floor was open until late, with continuous performances. It wasn't just noise; the entire floor felt like it was vibrating. It was a serious test of my sleep quality. Second, the sunset-facing room was scorching hot. The air conditioning was practically useless, and we had to rely on two incredibly noisy fans. It really came down to whether you preferred being hot or being disturbed by noise – you couldn't have both. Third, the pool is outsourced. I went down around 10 AM hoping for a swim. The pool isn't very big to begin with, and it was packed with students. The instructor told me every single lane was being used for lessons. After a lot of negotiation, they finally allowed me to swim a bit in a peripheral lane. It was ridiculous. I honestly think it would be better if they just put up a sign saying 'no swimming,' instead of making me feel like I was purposefully trying to disrupt the kids' classes. Overall, it was a nightmare experience. Apart from the manager who genuinely tried to fix things, which deserves praise, nothing else was pleasant.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, the Tianjin Tangla Hotel is truly the worst I've ever encountered. The outdated facilities and noisy air conditioning could be overlooked, given its decent location. However, the service is absolutely appalling. My child went swimming in the hotel pool, showered immediately afterward, and then developed itchy red spots starting on their thighs, which gradually spread to their entire legs. When I approached the duty manager, they completely disregarded my child's condition and immediately absolved the hotel of any responsibility, stating that the pool was outsourced and I should deal with the pool management directly. I'm staying at *your* hotel, using *your* hotel's pool service, how am I supposed to know it's outsourced? Are you going to charge me for my stay but then make me bear the burden when there's an issue? I asked if the hotel had any allergy medication for emergencies; the answer was no, but they had band-aids 😠. I asked if they could take us to the hospital; they said everyone was working and I should go myself. In short, the hotel claimed no problems existed, and we should just deal with our allergies ourselves, whether by contacting the pool or just accepting our bad luck 😫. Okay, after some negotiation, the hotel manager told us to take our child back to the room and they would come up with a response shortly. We obediently went back and waited ⌛. We waited for half an hour. It was 10 PM, and still no one got back to us. I had no choice but to go downstairs again to find the manager, who then said the pool staff had gone home 😠. The entire incident unfolded as follows: our children went swimming in the pool, and both developed allergic reactions to different degrees. The hotel did absolutely nothing. We bought medicine ourselves, watched our child suffer from the itching, and they finally fell asleep past midnight. The next morning, their legs were still covered in hives. We've been to many hotels and swimming pools, and our child is even learning to swim, but we've never encountered such a situation. We are utterly disappointed by the hotel's evasive, indifferent, and passive attitude. Good location, near metro. We really love the corner room : huge, clean and quiet. Front Staffs also helpful and really great service!
