The hotel is located on Nanjing Road in Hexi District, right next to a bus stop, and the subway station isn't far either. The service is very professional, and breakfast offers a good variety. The room was quiet, making for a great stay.

Rated as a 5-star, but honestly, I wouldn't go that far.
The hygiene was a bit subpar, and the staff seemed quite dismissive.
The new system, Xiao Qiao, is clearly still in its early stages. Nobody, from the engineers down to the staff, seemed to know how to use it. This resulted in all the lights automatically blasting on every hour throughout the night.

Although it's an older five-star hotel, the service, facilities, and value for money are truly impeccable!
The location is incredibly convenient; the subway is just across the street, and there's a large parking lot with charging stations. It's also close to popular attractions and the famous morning market.
The hotel's service genuinely lives up to five-star standards. Our luggage was personally delivered all the way to the elevator, and everyone from the staff to the supervisors was incredibly welcoming. Room service was prompt and responsive. The room decor wasn't outdated and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was also exceptionally warm. At this price point, it's truly fantastic value!

Came to Tianjin with a friend for a visit and stayed at the Golden Imperial Hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay.
