Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside

To be honest, the room's cleanliness wasn't great. There was a large fake eyelash on the pure white bathroom rug when I checked in. However, the floor staff were incredibly enthusiastic – 'good attitude' doesn't even begin to cover it, they were amazing! But then you wonder about the service... I specifically put on 'do not disturb' because my child was sleeping, and the staff still knocked. Yet, it turns out they knocked to deliver a toy specifically for the child! 😂 So overall, it was still pretty good, and I'd stay at Banyan Tree Tianjin again.

Ferrari is still Ferrari, even when it's old. I was initially worried this Banyan Tree might be dated, but it's incredibly well-maintained. The signature Banyan Tree scent greets you as soon as you walk in. The best part? Breakfast until 11 AM! You can sleep in and then enjoy a leisurely brunch, which is perfect for starting your day refreshed. The oil tea noodles at breakfast are also fantastic!

The service was warm and attentive, and the room service was clean, hygienic, spacious, and bright. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The Tianjin Eye, Jintang Bridge, and Ancient Culture Street are all within walking distance.

The location is excellent. Right across from the hotel is a lively pedestrian street, and downstairs is the former residence of Li Shutong. The hotel facilities are great, and the staff are warm and polite. The front desk even gave us a complimentary eco-friendly bag and water bottle, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Staying here for New Year's Eve was great. The service was excellent, and the room was good in all aspects. My kids loved the big bathtub in the suite. The swimming pool was also very nice. The only minor inconvenience was that all the restaurants required reservations. The room service was good too, and the food tasted fine.

The separation of the living area and the bathing area is a bit unconventional, but the oversized bathtub was absolutely amazing! The scent on the guest room floors was also very pleasant. **Details**: The containers in the room had a nice texture. The patterns on the slippers and bathrobes, which I believe are extensions of the hotel's logo, were very well-designed and looked great. **Breakfast**: They even had milk skin tanghulu (candied hawthorn on a stick)!
