The hotel environment is quite good, and the hygiene is decent as well. Overall, the service is good, and I always have a pleasant stay. I've stayed here multiple times, whenever I'm on a business trip. The location is also great, very convenient for shopping. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores right outside. Highly recommended!

This hotel is perfect for families with kids! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the environment is really quiet. The bedding is super soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. It's really close to the city center, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a safe and tidy place. My child was very comfortable here. It's definitely our top choice for travel and accommodation. I highly recommend it for family trips!

I specifically chose this hotel for my child's college entrance exam and we stayed for three consecutive days. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing, making it perfect for students to rest. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful in every aspect. My child felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay, and we were very satisfied!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! 👍 The hotel is very close to the subway station 🚇; you can see the hotel's sign as soon as you exit the station. The lobby is spacious, and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. It's also convenient to have a laundry room and gym on the first floor. The room was quite large; it was the last one available when I booked. We checked in at night, and to my surprise, we had a clear view of the Tianjin Eye from the window – the view was fantastic! The room was also quite spacious, and the decor felt relatively new. The only thing missing was body wash in the room. The room features a fully smart control system with an 'Xiao Du' smart assistant. The TV is huge, 65 inches, making it super convenient to cast cartoons for the kids! The transportation is quite convenient. Across the street is a residential area with lots of food options. The Tianjin pancakes from 'Bear Mom's' in the small alley opposite were delicious, and the soy milk was great too. Next to the hotel is a silk market, which is open until May 12th, offering a dazzling array of food. The hotel staff were also very kind and gentle, patiently answering any questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again. It was a very pleasant stay.

This stay was truly awful, I absolutely do not recommend it for families with children! First off, the hotel's hygiene was a complete disaster. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that my child was covered in bites all over their legs and body. They cried non-stop all night from the pain and itchiness, making it impossible to get any sleep. It was truly miserable. Secondly, the quality of the hotel amenities was concerning. Using the razor provided by the hotel, I ended up cutting the corner of my mouth, and it bled profusely. When I urgently asked the hotel for a band-aid, the staff surprisingly said it would take at least half an hour to deliver it. Their efficiency was extremely low, and they showed no sense of service! In the end, I had no choice but to go downstairs myself to pick it up. The environmental hygiene is substandard, the toiletries are of poor quality, and the emergency service is sluggish. I spent money only to have a miserable and distressing experience. I will never come back again.

They even had kid-friendly items like chicken nuggets and mini cakes, and you could get freshly made wontons. The hotel amenities were great too: there's a small gym and a laundry room on the first floor, which was super convenient for washing clothes when traveling with kids. The lobby had a microwave and a health pot, making it easy to heat up food, plus a comfortable lounge area to relax. Getting food delivered was a breeze too, as a small robot brought it directly to our room, so we didn't have to go downstairs to wait. The location couldn't be better. It's close to the subway station, and Tianjin North Railway Station is just a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient whether you're traveling by high-speed rail or exploring the city by subway. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. If you're visiting Tianjin with kids, choosing this hotel is a no-brainer – it's definitely on my rebook list!

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The robot delivery service for meals was also quite prompt, and the view was pretty open. For its location, the Witinn is a considerably good hotel, and they even gave us two breakfast cards.

The Wyndham Garden Tianjin is a great choice! The environment is clean and quiet, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. It's also conveniently located and offers excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it! The front desk staff were also very nice! 👍🏼

So convenient! It's close to everything. I was in Tianjin for a conference, and the front desk service was excellent. The breakfast spread was very generous, and the room itself was large and super clean. Tianjin truly is a big city, and this hotel definitely lives up to that metropolitan standard. Thumbs up! 👍

Great location! They have parking if you're driving, and it's only about three kilometers from the Tianjin Eye. The front desk lady was super friendly and even gave me a free upgrade to a king-size room. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the comforter was really warm.
