No.36 Hotel (Tianjin 5th Avenue)

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Five Avenues scenic area, and within walking distance to several attractions and metro stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including local breakfast spots. Transportation is convenient, making it suitable for sightseeing and getting around. Parking is also quite easy. The rooms are clean, highly recommended.

This is an absolutely superb choice for three people. The room has everything you could possibly need, and the view from the balcony room window is truly top-notch in Tianjin.

The room was incredibly spacious! It was practically a studio apartment with a separate living area, and came fully equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and an iron. The value for money was outstanding; I felt like I could live there for an extended stay, haha. When I first opened the door, I actually thought I had booked an Airbnb, haha. The location is also super convenient, about a ten-minute walk from Xikang Road subway station. Even though it's right by the main road, it was very quiet at night, not noisy at all. The view from the higher floors was also great; no towering skyscrapers blocking the sky, just the brightly lit Tianjin Radio and Television Tower visible right outside the window. There's a wide array of breakfast spots and snacks near the hotel. Without even looking specifically, I managed to find authentic Jianbing Guozi (fried pancake fruit) with fermented bean curd and sesame inside – the taste was truly excellent! The hotel staff were also very dedicated and responsible, patiently and meticulously responding to all our requests. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! I even regretted only booking one night, haha.
