This hotel near Xiaobailou is fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super efficient. The room's cleanliness was exceptional; the bedding was spotless, and even the corners were immaculate. The hotel's location is quite good, right under Daguangming Bridge, close to Xiaobailou, Wudadao, Jiefangbei Road, and the Haihe River, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself is a century-old building, which is a highlight, but Tianjin has many such buildings, so it's not rare.
The room was small, with small windows, and there was a facade wall outside the window blocking most of the light. Those sensitive to this should avoid it. We were definitely sensitive to the room's lighting. The hotel's hygiene was acceptable, and the service was good, but some facilities are old and need timely renovation. The showerhead made a loud whistling noise when in use, making showering quite uncomfortable.
