Facilities: Although it's a four-star hotel, the overall facilities are relatively old. The TV is tiny, and the bathtub looked a bit dirty.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned very well, though the towels were a little old. The disposable toilet seat covers were a thoughtful touch.
Environment: From the outside, it looks like an established, older star-rated hotel. The overall environment is quite good, and it's conveniently located right next to the museum and the natural history museum.

Many times passing the magnificent building when I was small wondering how it looks like inside.staying here yesterday sadly both me and the hotel pass our prime. But still has its spirit. Considerate room arrangements- genuinely non smoking floor, clean rooms, good wifi.
Will come back next time in Tianjin.

The front desk and concierges were friendly and helpful.
The room was big and clean. The bathroom was little outdated, and the tub was not clean enough for soaking. The door of the separated shower stall could not be closed, after we complained, the hotel moved us to a different room. After all, the stay was pleasant.
