Very kind receptionist. She booked Didi for us to go to the bus stationas we didn't have it. Wouldn't accept money for the small fare she paid for us.

The executive double room was clean without smoking smell. Breakfast was simple but ok. Wanda shopping center is close, about 4 km.

The hotel has a great location, close to a food street, excellent front desk service, and a plentiful breakfast, making it a great place for tourists.

The front desk staff were efficient, the room was large and clean, with good soundproofing and a window. It was great value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The grand reception lobby, the large free parking lot, and the sumptuous buffet breakfast, including delicious hot dry noodles, were all excellent. The beautiful environment and comfortable rooms were also a plus. I highly recommend Junjia Hotel; it offers exceptional value for money and is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza for shopping.

I was worried the facilities might be a bit outdated since it's been open for a while, but they were surprisingly new. The front desk proactively helped us upgrade to a family suite, which was great. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. The room was spotless and odorless. They helped us choose an inward-facing room, which had a nice view of Beihu Lake, was quiet, and had a good view – highly recommended. My wife said the smaller room didn't have air conditioning, but I think it did, though perhaps the unit was small. It's a 10-minute walk to Beihu Lake with a small child, a great location. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the space was spacious – very good. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I left some clothes at the hotel, and the staff were very helpful in quickly finding and returning them, which made me appreciate the hotel's warm service. I always stay at Junjia Hotel when I go back to my hometown. Parking is plentiful and free, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, with many local Tianmen specialties such as guokui (a type of flatbread), youtiao (fried dough sticks), huoshao (a type of baked flatbread), eel noodles, eel rice noodles, and more – everything you could want! Having breakfast here brings back so many childhood memories; the hotel really puts thought into it. This Chinese New Year, the hotel even gave me a large bag of sweet pastries like golden nuts, sesame seeds, and magnolia petals, which were also delicious. You need to book this hotel well in advance for holidays, otherwise you won't get a reservation. They also have a branch, Donghu Junjia Hotel, which used to be quite run-down and inexpensive. It was renovated last year and is now quite new and nice. However, the price has increased a bit. I usually book the other hotel if I can't get a reservation there.

The hotel is average, three-star standard. Except for bottled water, other free gifts are very cheap. The bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, it is soft. The sound insulation effect is not very good. The worst thing is the service attitude of some front desk staff, who look indifferent and can't even lie well. Booking in the hotel is much more expensive than booking on the online platform. The only plus point is the breakfast, which is rich in variety.
