房間乾淨，設施齊全，安靜舒適，非常不錯，酒店周圍環境優美，馬路對面是一個小公園，適合休閑娛樂，帶的長者住的這兒非常舒服，一直在攜程網上訂酒店，推薦的酒店都是最棒的。

房間以及衞生都很好、前台服務太差了吧、板着個臉跟我欠了她錢似的、我05年19了還要強調幾遍我是05的、05就怎麼了、19不能住嗎、怎麼05是不配住嗎、希望前台有點職業素養吧、不管咋樣我是花錢來的、不是花你錢了、天水人就這待客態度呀、也是醉了

房間不是很大，設施也有點年頭了，不過佔地面積大，酒店的花園整理的很整齊，離萬達廣場和弘文園不遠，保安，前台人員，態度很好
