酒店位置特別好，天水古城就在旁邊，去伏羲廟步行十幾分鍾，對面有小吃街。早餐可以吃到地道天水美食。前台和服務人員都很熱情。不足的我的房間緊鄰學校，學生放學時有些吵，窗外距離對面窗户太近太近，不能開窗。如果白天不在房間呆，這點可以忽略。我們沒想到的是，房間衞生間面盆管道漏水，漏了一晚上地面積水，早上起來上廁所狠狠地摔了一跤。好在衹是肌肉損傷，工作人員也及時買了跌打損傷的葯。很感謝。總的來説天水人文環境真的很好，人熱情好客，街道乾淨漂亮。秩序很好，酒店接待硬件還需提升。
