整體來説還是不錯的，雖然酒店有些年份了，但是設施標準還不錯，維護還可以。酒店的早餐雖然談不上豐盛，牛肉麪挺好吃的。服務員都很客氣。

在天水算好酒店，設施比較陳舊，房間也很小。隔音不太好。早上有辦婚宴的新人在樓道拍照片，不應該給沒有客人的樓層嗎？別人不需要休息嗎？早飯很一般，麪檔的麪難以下嚥。

總體來説還算可以，唯獨一點讓人感覺很不舒服，因為入住第二天趕上當地的伏羲大典活動，不知道是不是酒店跟政府有什麼安排，前一天剛到前台辦入住，什麼都沒説，上來就告訴我衹能住當天一天，第二天就不可以住了，我説我是定了一天，什麼都沒有解釋，上來就跟我説明天不能住，有重要活動解釋一下誰都能理解，什麼都不解釋上來就説第二天不能住，第二天不能住是第二天的事兒，既然網上掛着可以訂房，住與不住就是住客的事兒，不是上來就拒絕第二天可否住宿，後來前台説了是提醒一下，但是給旅客的感覺很不舒服，房間格局因人而異，衞生間跟浴室太小，上完廁所往前探一點腦袋就磕到了兩個中間的玻璃上，整體還能接受，但是攜程五鑽達不到
