趁着節假日來天水旅遊，在網上看到天水竟然還有美豪麗致，索性就直接訂了，剛定完酒店不一會客服管家就聯繫問有什麼房間的偏好和需求，辦理入住的時候，給我免費做了升級，前台姓郭的小姐姐還給我拿來了迎賓茶水毛巾這一點上次在西安的沒有，並詳細介紹了酒店訊息，因為我是過來旅遊的，小郭還給我推薦了本地的特色早市街，去麥積山景點的路線和地方特色小吃，晚上酒店還送了免費的麻辣燙，晚上吃飯衣服弄臟了想要洗衣服，問了一下小郭結果她直接讓客房服務員給我洗好烘好送到了房間，這一點真的很貼心（大多數酒店做不到），第二天早上去逛麥積山石窟，逛完天之後中午天太熱了想直接回酒店休息等晚上涼快點再去逛天水古城，到前台後發現房間裏在我不知道的時候已經放上了水果和零食簡直不要太暖心，逛街的時候看到天水的櫻桃特別大，還甜，想着帶一點回家送親戚朋友，因為要趕車趕車來不及去市場買，最後讓小郭幫我挑選寄快遞，因為櫻桃種類太多，價格不一樣，小郭幫我直接聯繫的水果攤，給我推薦，介紹價格和種類，一直很有耐心的幫我問直到我確定好之後，直接給我發快遞了省去了我很多麻煩，連運費都沒找我要，最後還是我非要給在我的一再堅持下小郭才收了運費，服務這方面確實沒的説，但是酒店的早餐確實很一般，在同級別酒店來説這個早餐算不上好，但是早餐是酒店免費贈送的。果然盛名之下無虛士，天水火了這麼長時間也是有原因的，這也裏離不開勤勤懇懇服務大家的人們，給你們點贊，選擇美豪麗致果然沒錯！！！
