Ficamos há 5 anos no Pipa Privilege e amamos. Agora, ao retornar, foi uma decepção. Hotel está velho, mal cuidado, não há a menor cordialidade já na recepção. O serviço de bar é precário, assim como o cardápios e queria cobrar 170 reais de rolha ! O pessoal não vai nem servir na piscina ! Café da manhã super ruim, com pão de queijo Velho e, se chegar mais tarde, não repõem o que está faltando. As toalhas parecem lixas e para pedir ajuda pra carregar a mala a recepcionista ligou para mais de 4 pessoas. O que vale ali é a belíssima vista, e só! Foi uma experiência bem ruim estar lá, infelizmente.

Pasamos 6 dias en Priviliege Suites. Un lugar muy recomendable por la buena atencion del personal, las habitaciones, los jardines y la piscina. Espectsculares vistas al mar de dia y noche. Una de las mejores playas de Pipa con un bar que brinda sombrillas, reposeras y excelente comida fresca a precios razonables. A tener en cuenta los 140 escalones para bajar a la playa

Gostamos muito do atendimento e localização, boa vista para o mar, bem pertinho da área centra de Pipa, próximo a lindas praias, onde proporciona ótimos passeios com a família, vale a pena estar na cidade

Ótimas instalações. Quarto, banheiro e varandas super confortáveis. Linda vista da varanda que pode ser desfrutado na rede. Piscina limpa e com bom serviço de bar, apenas a comida/refeições que deixa a desejar pois não é saborosa, mas quebra galho. No último dia um vizinho colocou sim alto e incomodou bastante, na lotação máxima deve incomodar!

Me decepcionei! Atendimento inexpressivo, ninguém para auxiliar na chegada ou na saída café da manhã fraquíssimo, instalações abandonadas, restaurante sem manutenção … enfim, se não fosse a beleza natural no entorno, não teria ficado. Reduzido número de funcionários e após as 16:30 não consegue sequer tomar um cafezinho, tão pouco falar pessoalmente com alguém!

Fiquei nesse hotel há alguns anos e a experiência foi infinitamente melhor naquela ocasião. Hoje a recepção e o restaurante ficam em outro hotel do grupo, do outro lado da rua. Antigamente o restaurante era de frente para o mar. O atendimento foi bacana, o quarto confortável, mas o fato da recepção e do restaurante serem fora do hotel prejudica. Por exemplo: pedimos um taxi à noite. Precisamos sair do nosso quarto, do nosso hotel, atravessar a rua para chegarmos ao AquaPipa e pegar o táxi. Para acessar o hotel de madrugada, precisa tocar um interfone e aguardar, na rua, que abram a porta. Pelo preço que cobram a diária, o hotel deveria ter restaurante e recepção exclusivas.

Estafadores!!!!!!! sacamos 13 dias para disfrutar 2 habitaciones con vista al mar, cuando llegamos presentamos Nuestra reserva donde especifica claramente que lo que habíamos pagado un hotel Pipa Privilege Boutique, nada mas lejos nos mandaron a un hotel viejo con olor a humedad que tienen cruzando la calle (Aqua Pipa), ante nuestros reiterados reclamos tuvimos 0 empatía por parte de la gerencia, por lo que decidimos después de pasar 3 noches en unas habitaciones horribles irnos a un hotel de la categoría que habíamos pagado. Personal de gerencia horrible. habitaciones horribles . instalaciones no son de un hotel boutique ni mucho menos. desayuno deficiente y de mala calidad. muy mala experiencia !!!!!
