Nice place for a weekend away with lovely views over the holf course.
Small swimming pool and sauna, but overall, it was a good stay.

Nice enough but the hotel is quite dated now. The mattress was showing signs of excessive use and had no support. There was a smell of damp everywhere which i think came from the changing rooms for the fitness centre.
The restaurant menu is extremely limited for a plant based diet nor was there a healthy option.
On a positive note the Staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel caters very well for large and small groups of golfers and non golfers. The two courses look beautifully kept and there is a large car park adjacent to both. We didn’t use the restaurant in the evening but the orangery (bar with balcony) served a small but very good selection of main meals and snacks. After us asking reception we were given a disabled access room in exchange for ground floor room 102 next to the pool and leisure centre which had a noisy extractor fan attached to the outside wall next to one of the twin beds. The second room 103 was larger and quiet apart from noisy guests in the corridor passing the door late at night. The hotel is a short drive from the Cherry Tree pub in the village which was pleasant but no real ale. You do need a car to go anywhere as Ticehurst is a very small hamlet attached to the larger Flimwell village whose pub is across the main road a good 8 minute drive away.

Breakfast cold, too expensive, room disappointing compared to other golf packages, although cost of golf package was fair. Buggies were expensive!

Two good golf courses in great condition given some of the weather. Very comfortable room and excellent food. I will be back.

The hotel was excellent, There are some magnificent golf holes However, The ground conditions are Understandably susceptible to rain, this means that buggies have to stay on the peripheral Pathways when the ground is slightly wet and you would be better off walking.

Good hotel, staff friendly welcoming and helpful, decent breakfast. Leisure centre changing room a bit cramped.
