Check in was terrible. We were told our room was not ready at 4:00pm (check in time) After waiting 45 minutes, we were told it would be another hour before our room was ready (that would have meant it wouldn't be ready till around 6:00pm. At that point, we ask to see the manager. She found us another room and we were able to finally check in.
We were put in a room on the 1st floor. The door that went out to the pool did not have a lock. Only a chain slide that would have made it easy for a breakin.
Breakfast on our first morning. We waited 2 hours for our breakfast to be delivered to our table. This was not the waitress's fault. There was only one girl to wait on tables inside the resturant as well as outside. She was also functioning as hostess. Poor girl was doing the best she could but way to much for one person.

The staff was very nice the food was great the pool was amazing and the rooms where clean and spacious.we all had a great time only thing i wish it had was live music.

I don't know where to begin with how terrible this place is. The front desk staff are extremely rude. The rooms/hallways/stairwells are extremely dirty. They really rely on the location but please beware, everything except the location is horrible!

This place is a little retro, but its location with a comfortable pool and cabanas on the beach is ideal. A new Starbucks and grocery store across the street, along with multiple nearby dining options add to its appeal. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We have been here several times and will strongly consider returning. Cleanliness of the property is an issue, though, as common areas such as stairways and corridors are not well maintained. Also, poolside crowd is normally well-behaved, but it can get rowdy at times, with no visible management intervention to discourage unruly behavior.

I have been coming to the dolphin Beach resort since I was a kid, this is the place to be! We came on a family trip and as always were blown away by the service. If you need a sign to book your stay this is it. We love staying here and that will never change Christine was so amazing at hosting such fun activities

The dolphin beach resort is a Wonderful place with Friendly Staff, delicious food, and cozy clean rooms. My mother and I used to come here every summer and I plan to keep coming back every year for the rest of my life! The dolphin beach resort is my home away from home.
