The best quality of this property is the exceptionally polite and very professional staff, on the other hand, my room was an absolute disaster, huge dirt stain on the shower floor, which I went to the local Walmart for bleach spray my next day there in order to shower, my window had a "loosely" termed inside blind tattered and ducktaped, had to roll it up over the windoww because it was unable to retract and the white blind inside was not only faulty, but had a big brown stain I got to look at all weekend, bed and pillows were good though.

Only a weekend stay- great location, shopping /restaurants near by. The staff are so amazing, friendly and helpful. This is great customer service!!! Thank you!

Bin schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem Holiday Inn Express, Standard halt. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen innenliegenden Pool. Das Frühstück ist wie überall auch, alles aus und auf Plastik serviert. Aber die Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitet, ist sehr nett und immer für einen freundlichen Plausch offen. Komme gerne wieder.

Grace in particular is awful. Management even worse. Saw Grace training someone and that is a huge mistake as all she did was lie to us our entire stay. I know this as another desk agent actually told us the truth. She resolved our issue and we were grateful of her

Front desk was great,breakfast was perfect.Room was clean, beds were comfy.My wife especially liked the soaps and shampoo. Would definitely stay again.
