I have to say the staff was wonderful. However, there were issues with a party in the room next to mine that refused to quiet down well past 1am. Numerous calls to guest services only resulted in me having to be inconvenienced at 1am packing up all my belongings and moved to another room. And all they said they could do was comp me a free breakfast. Well by the time I settled into a new room and was able to fall asleep I literally had no time in the morning before a 9 hour drive to make to stop and eat breakfast. Not to mention they had already stopped serving as well. On my return trip home I will be booking my night elsewhere. Sad because we are Hilton Honors members and this is the first time we’ve ever had any issues like this.

Nice roadtrip stop. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was attentive and willing to accomodate our requests, like extra towels and silverware to the room.

There’s a lot going on here. The good: the location, it’s close to lots of restaurants being right off 75. And breakfast was good. The lobby is really nice, it makes you feel like you’re in a nice, clean hotel. The rooms on the other hand… there was dust all over the place, hairs in the bathtub, what looked like mold on the window shades above the AC unit. The pool is supposed to be heated, it wasn’t while we were there. We notified the desk and were told it wouldn’t be heated that night. They advertise a hot tub but there isn’t one. The front desk staff aren’t overly welcoming. The nicest people we encountered were the wait staff at breakfast. We only stopped one night and I’m glad we weren’t there any longer.

This hotel was suprisingly nice. The food was very good - there is a full restaurant and bar. The staff was kind and helpful. I lost my glasses while there and everone (from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff) helped me look for them.

We have made it a habit of stopping here in our way to Florida. The hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing. Rachel was kind enough to bring me coffee to my room When I know she was busy. Michelle M is a wonderful waitress. She was very kind! It is always a pleasant experience!
