We had a very nice stay here last fall, so chose to stay There on our latest trip to Florida. Again, a great experience! Staf was very welcoming! When we mentioned we had tried to reserve a king room but wound up with 2 queens, they gave us a free room upgrade. The evening reception was very nice, too. Entire hotel is very clean, pleasant decor and great staff! We will make it a point to stay there again!

I'm a travel agent so I view and rate hotels on not only a comfort status personally, but also on a professional level for my clients. I stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites on April 13, 2024. It was one of the very best hotels I've EVER stayed in. It was clean, the staff were all very friendly, and the food/amenities were excellent. We checked in around 4pm, there was a wine/beer reception from 5-7 which included a great baked spaghetti & meatball dish with real garlic bread. Our dinner plans were quickly changed to eat (free) at the hotel. The beds were comfortable--great pillows--and I even liked the shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast the next morning was not quite on the same level as IHOP, but certainly adequate. I'd recommend it to anyone!

We have stayed here several times and have never had any problems. The room was clean and every staff member we had contact with were helpful and friendly. My wife wanted to make sure that I told everyone one that the bath towels smelled fresh and clean !!!! We will stay here again when in the area.

The only thing we did not like was the unavailability of our room. The desk agents were very calm & professional despite the growing number of guests wanting to check in. We were told the cleaning staff were in a mtg. Seriously, on NYE? When a large part of the midwest is heading south? However, the property was clean and within walking distance to several restaurants.
