Hotel Hacienda Aguacaliente

Everything was clean, peaceful, and great condition I stayed in already 3 times. Everything it’s very closer The pool is great. The spa is wonderful and Jacuzzi exceptional.

Much prettier than the photos, the jacuzzi area was amazing and the man tending the area was super friendly, attentive and showed us the sauna and steam room. The place was amazingly friendly priced for everything it offered and felt very very safe.

All the GOOD first. This is a charming Boutique Hotel! Staff was typically friendly (although finding an English speaking staff member is challenging at times) particularly checking in/lobby. Knowing even a little bit of Spanish is quite helpful as they try to know a little English too. The restaurant staff spoke English best, and the food was excellent! I ate 6 meals there, ALL were great! I have zero complaints about the food/restaurant staff. It's odd having the restaurant in the pool/hot tub area but the the entire area still had ambiance! Theres a poolside bar. The pool was very clean, as were the hot tubs. They have a weight room and Sauna. Lots of extras packed into this Boutique Hotel with a lovely lobby. They also offer Spa services (I didn't try this time). The rooms are remodeled. But the old fridge froze my food, no microwave in room. Shampoo amenities are nice. The room is cleaned daily and came with 2 bottles off water daily but only one coffee packet, the coffee pot holds extra water (but that made coffee too weak). They need 2 packs per room. The pack includes cream & sugar. The rain shower was nice, plenty of hot water, towels/hand towel are good quality but they do not provide washcloths for some reason? No biggie. The TV was in Spanish but staff helped with that. However, the shows kept getting interrupted by another room's trying to order "Airplay" that seemed sketchy to me. Okay, now the BAD, this is why they lose a Star, ALL NIGHT DISTURBANCE! I mean it must be on purpose, slamming doors 10pm-3a.m. and there would be clanging like pots, pans and silverware all being dumped into stainless steel sinks at once! Yes, that loud, crazy insane! Waking us up out of a deep sleep and by the time you get to the door to check, its gone and over. Also knocking then banging on a neighboring door, lots of traffic in/out of one room near by. 3 nights in a row with interrupted sleep was ridiculous! I tried calling the front desk once at 10:38 p.m. the last night but nobody answered at the desk. We saw people going in and out of one room in particular, a lot the last night there when we realized the first 2 nights weren'tjust a fluke, or rowdy guests...Maybe staff live there, maybe it's used for something else...? Either way, it was disturbing and we checked out EXHAUSTED.

Not happy at all there was a national emergency we stay there all the time and they are refusing to refund half! Also they charged me 2 nights for 1 night and refuse to refund! ********** was also no help!

The place is nice , clean and a convenient location. The problem with this place is that the walls are thin and you can hear every noise making it hard to get a good rest. Also the restaurant staff are nice but very slow service.

Receptionist was rude made me wait even though I was in line first I didn’t like the way she treated me.

Service was outstanding. The gentleman at the pool area was awesome. Worth every dollar spent at this hotel

Staff were very welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was very nice. The only annoyance was the lack of anywhere to hang towels after use. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

clean room however i was kinda bumped the bathrooms did not have a connection for a blow dryer straightener etc that is all everything else was great
