Fairfield Inn & Suites Tijuana

Check-in was great and friendly and I was given the type of room that I wanted. Later, however, I called room service and it was sent to voicemail. I left them my room number and no one called back. I called the front desk and no one answered at the front desk. It was OK for a night, but I wish that I had eaten before arriving at the hotel . the next morning we arrived at breakfast almost as they were closing my partner got the last of the eggs and I had to have pancakes. No additional eggs were offered . the drive to the airport was uneventful.

Heavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.

We stayed for two nights. Room was cleaned up for us without asking very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast delicious and waiter was very attentive to our needs. Hotel was centralized to the things we were going to do. Highly recommend.

Convenient clean good staff bed was not great and they switched our rooms for second night
