Clean and comfortable hotel in a safe zone,  highly recommend.

All good for the price good location if you like the night life

直接從美國過境來到酒店。墨西哥總體環境都不好，選了一家價格基本最高的，衞生還過得去。設施也還行吧。沒有英文，墨西哥都是西班牙語，看文字靠想象。半夜開始會有酒吧還是KTV的響聲，一直到早上才停息。再也不來了。

Came directly to the hotel in transit from the US. The overall environment in Mexico is not good, so I chose the one with the highest prices and decent hygiene. The facilities are okay. There is no English, Mexico is all Spanish, and you have to rely on your imagination to read the text. There will be noise from bars or KTVs starting in the middle of the night, and it won't stop until the morning. Never again.

There are bar streets nearby, and the environment is relatively noisy. Local friends said that this area belongs to a safe area, so you can stay at ease. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is OK, quite rich

Nice hotel in convenient location for visiting the sights of Avenida Revolucion, but just far enough away from the action to be calmer and quieter than the hotels on the Avenida itself.  Our room was clean, quiet, well-decorated and modern. The included breakfast buffet was just OK. My only complaint about the hotel was the staff at the reception desk. When you book a 4 or 5 star hotel, in addition to the better hotel facilities, you expect a certain level of service and professionalism from the staff. The staff here seem to delight in ignoring customers and tooling them around. At first I thought it was just us, but as we sat in the lobby (forced to wait until 3 PM on the dot before they would give us the room), I saw the same behavior played out over and over again to all of the hotel guests. There were three women at the reception counter and over and over new guests would arrive and be ignored for several minutes as the three of them ”made a show” of appearing busy (doodling notes on a scratch pad, walking from here to there in order to do nothing, etc). It was like they were all on a power trip and resented the guests. 

Easy check in walking distance to bars. Massage Spa was great. 

We stayed at the most expensive room with Jacuzzi.  Room clean and super quiet.  A knob of a jacuzzi was loose but it worked fine.  Nice people working there.  But what made us not come back here is we couldn't even bring in a friend.  We feel trapped and being watched making sure we don't bring anyone in.  The hotels around this areas look to have this similar strict policy.
