Horrible hotel, impossible smell, air conditioning not working. And the additional deposit is more than the cost of the room, which is not written anywhere on trip.com

Amazing service and treatment. K Tower is an adult only section of the hotel. I loved it! They greet you at the reception with fresh water, a shot, fruit, and friendly faces. Every person we encountered in that building was ready to serve us 💯. My husband and I stayed here over the weekend for a wedding and I would go back again. The room was very clean, sleek, modern, and comfortable. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was a vibe. The rooftop has a pool and a beautiful view of the city. It's also centrally located and accessible to restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Tijuana! K Tower is beautiful, elegant, chic with an amazing rooftop! From the moment you walk into K Tower you feel like you’re in another setting! The rooms are absolutely beautiful with elegant touches throughout! The hotel staff is extremely nice, welcoming and very professional! The sushi bar located on the rooftop is phenomenal!! Hands down the best experience you will not be disappointed!

I visited K Tower today and had a wonderful time, Sampled some food and wine, and the service was Excellent. Defenetly going back with friendo again. Luis Cabrera and Christian are the go to People. Thanks for being so atentive with Your services and offering food sugestions.

This is a great hotel. Very safe and friendly. Staff is always attentive. Everything you might need is within a few blocks radius. Just a really great place to stay .
