We had a great stay at K Tower. We were here for medical purposes and stayed as it was a three minute walk to the clinic. The hotel was great on all accounts. Areas that deserve special recognition were the woman at check in. She was so gratuitous and welcoming, you have something special here, please make sure she knows. Hector at Sushi en la azotea is another ace, he was recommending dishes and providing information on the area and ideas on how to make our meal better. Please let him know that guests appreciate his service and knowledge. Overall, we had a great time. It was so much better than we expected. Highly recommend

food was god-awful just awful. they would not refund us for the meal that we did not eat.Everything else was great. The room is very nice and well appointed.

Staff was especially warm and friendly and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and easy. The spa was delightful and everything was very well maintained and clean.

The Hotel Staff very helpful and professional!! They went above and beyond to help us. Concierge (Mayra M.) made checking in and shuttle service easy!!! she deserves 2 thumbs up!! Thank you Mayra!! The Hotel was very clean, the rooms were in excellent condition. I will definitely be back to stay there in the future.

This was an amazing stay. Room was luxurious but more importantly so comfortable with every amenity you could want. Champagne and tarts are check in and every employee welcoming and kind.
