We spent a night at the Huacalera, their staff we’re friendly & helpful, room was nice, they had alpaca farm, but the breakfast needs to be improved

Todo excelente, la calidad del desayuno, la atención, la calidad de la comida del restaurante, la limpieza. Es un hotel súper tranquilo. La única crítica (constructiva) es que la pileta podría tener climatizador. Todo el personal bien predispuesto y atento a todo momento. Un lujo! Un buen destino para hacer base y salir a recorrer desde acá.

Equipe de atendimento muito atenciosa, hotel com decoração de artistas locais, refeições com chef muito bom, atenção em todos os detalhes. A localização é excelente, ao lado da Ruta, ótimo para ser uma base para as visitas ao maravilho vale (quebrada) de Huemaca

VENGAN VENGAN VENGAN. Todo en este hotel es un 100 , a excepción de los empleados que son un 200!!! La experiencia es soñada , los cuartos preciosos, el servicio 5 estrellas , el entorno inmejorable. Párrafo aparte para la gastronomía y el equipo de restaurante , chef, mozos , encargados , son EXCELENTES y la comida, sea lo que sea que podas de la carta, te sorprende para bien. Soy agente de viajes y no dudo en afirmar que es sin dudas el mejor hotel de la Quebrada de Humahuaca. VENGAN!!

Maravillosa experiencia. Nos alojamos 3 días, por un viaje corporativo para los tres licenciatarios ganadores de nuestro concurso anual con sus parejas. El hotel es único, no solo por el entorno sino también por el servicio, las habitaciones, las instalaciones y la ambientación. Se destaca por el nivel y la calidad de su gastronomía, estuvo todo muy bueno, y también por la atención del personal, especialmente el de la recepción tanto Ana María como Guadalupe. Excelente, recomendable para eventos corporativos

Hola, nosotros estuvimos en el hotel el 08 de noviembre del 2023. Elegimos este hotel para pasar nuestro aniversario, y no tuvimos mucha suerte. Este dia se largo una tormenta increíble que inundo la ruta y no se podía salir del hotel, por tal motivo decidimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel, la cena estuvo muy bien, la comida deliciosa al igual que la atención de todo el personal. Terminamos de cenar y nos volvimos a la habitación, donde notamos que habian entrado y acomadado nuestras cosa (habiamos ingresado a las 14hs) esto ya no nos gustò, pero bueno.....continuamos contentos porque hacia 20 años que nos casamos y seguimos en la nuestra. A la mañana siguiente nos retiramos del hotel.....cuando llegamos al siguiente hotel, nos damos cuenta que el dinero que teniamos guardado en nuestra mochila para pagar, no estaba , y que en el hotel Huacalera nos sacaron dinero cuando estabamos cenando. Un hecho lamentable de alguna persona que trabaja ahi. Por supuesto que aparte de ponerlo en este sitio ya lo conversamos con la gente del hotel, y solamente nos mandaron un mail diciendo que se lo iban a tomar muy enserio. Ojala otras personas hayan tenido otro tipo de experiencias ya que el hotel es muy lindo

The hotel was fine! A bit expensive compared with others on our trip. But the dinner and breakfast were both very good. In fact the dinner was perhaps the best so far on our travels. Excellent quality of food and cooking, even if we were only 2 of 4 people eating that evening. Service was very good with a well supervised young waiter. The wines were also good. The value for money continues to stagger a European visitor! And the unusual menu items such as sweetbreads and llama are beginning to grow on us.
