Hospitality by reception desk personnel was excellent. Breakfast was an egg McMuffin - no juice or other food items was possible. Fire alarms kept repeatedly going off beginning at 4 am every few minutes. Elevator was not working. Roku TV system was complicated and not usable by us. This should be replaced with something else.

We were supposed to stay at Ashley Inn in Tillamook but due to a malfunctioning GPS we ended up at the Lincoln City Ashley Inn. The staff at the front desk went above expectation to help us. Very friendly. Room was warm, bed was comfortable. Breakfast next morning was excellent. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!!

Our only complaint was the elevator had been broken for a month, so we had to go up flights of stairs to our room. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was nice and the staff was nice.

Hotel did not post on ******* listing that it was under construction, the elevator was broken and that the pool/spa were drained and not in use. The floor in my room was super dirty with tons of dust/debris visible under the bed (no bed skirt) and food crumbs under table when I checked in. The staff was super nice and responsive, but just can't really recommend this place in its current condition- wish I had known would have stayed in the next town.

Our stay was a disappoin**ent because we were looking forward to a warm pool and hot tub in January but both were closed for renovation. Worse than that, the elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. The room was pretty nice, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were nice. Lots of TV was only available to paid subscribers which was a bit annoying. Breakfast options were better than nothing, but certainly not noteworthy, just a microwave burrito. Maybe staying at a different time of year might be just a little better.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful doing the best they could do based on the situation they were in. When we called the front desk for reservation we were not told there was no pool, no elevator and that breakfast consisted of breakfast burrito or a breakfast sandwich-that is not a continental breakfast. We were awakened at 4:45AM when the smoke alarm went off which repeated for an additional 5 times on Saturday morning. There was no fire. The television in the room was pay per view only and no local stations available. There was no phone, you could not request a wake up call. There was no clock/radio to have an alarm go off if you needed to get up at a specified time.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever been
in. The place smells bad. The cost of the nights stay of $233 is between sinful and criminal. There are virtually no amenities. No vending machines. The only breakfast available is 4 or 5 choices of a breakfast sandwich that we had to select the night before. The TV channels are nothing but very old reruns. Obviously the owners are trying to get as much cash as possible before selling the place. Disgraceful and disgusting. It hasn’t been updated since at least 30 years, likely more. Both the hotel and ******* should be ashamed.

We did like the pool and the fact it was convenient to everything like food and the grocery. Cons were that it was totally an average hotel We did not care for the breakfast sandwiches at all. You had to order and pick up at a certain time and they seemed kind of stale and they definitely needed more breakfast options. All I can say is that’s the best you’re going to get in a small town like Tillamook.
