It was a great stay and made our Mardi Gras experience wonderful. We've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy the stay. Area is quiet and in reach of shopping and food. Only issue we had is plumbing last few trips. But overall i love the hotel and will continue to book whenever im in mobile.

There were homeless people around the property. The staff hammered on my door at 1045 to make sure I would check out. People were screaming at each other in the middle of the night.

Well when I got there my reservation was canceled. The price that I was quoted on my reservation was less when I got to the hotel. They had a deposit fee that was not told about when doing the reservation. The room smelled. The breakfast wasn’t that good.

Never in my life have I seen a room so dirty and smokey. The front desk staff had to come spray commercial air freshener and they left the bottle in my room. All this for $185 a nite. Never again!

The location was safe and clean for the most part. The restroom could have been a Little cleaner but overall, I would stay at the location again.
