I ordered a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. They said it would be an up charge for nonsmoking. I paid for the room before I arrived and the they want another $60 deposit upon checking. The first room had no power and I had to get a second room. The lady at the front desk said I should have just call her and the room would have been cheaper. I’m not going to stay here anymore.

Very dirty room, it’s very outdated, carpet filthy, shower nozzle squirt all around but very little where you want it. It’s better that freezing but I’ll sleep in my car before I stay there again.

The room is missing a smoke alarm, electric covers, tissue paper, nor soaps. The bathtub is scratched and stained. Towels are thin and flimsy and dirty looking. Does not seem to be ready to rent out to guests. No quality in this QUALITY INN what so ever!! I am scared for breakfast tomorrow.

This hotel did not meet our expectations. I realize Quality Inn isn't top notch, but this one was a disappoin**ent. Check in took a long time, even though I had booked the room through the Choice app. The bathroom fixtures in the room looked like they had been recently redone, so that was one of the better points of the room. However, we had a king room and there was one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth for two people in the room. The smoke detector in the room was missing! We booked a no smoking room, and the room did not smell like smoke, but both the bottom sheet and comforter had multiple cigarette burns. Breakfast was decent. We are on a weeklong trip staying at different hotels every night and this one was one of the most expensive, and we stayed at many much better for less money, so overall, I would not stay here again.

Well let’s begin with the smack in the face of the mold smell. This is the Gulf area and for the hotel to turn off the A/x’s for humidity control immediately triggers growth of mold!! It’s horrendous!! Now we are talking about a $60/night hotel. We get what we pay for!! Mold growth in the bathroom. If you have any allergies of any sort DO NOT STAY HERE! 1 towel, 1 Floor mat, 1 wash cloth. An empty tissue container

Very dirty hotel, old, neglected, the carpet covered in dirt!!
The check in was very very slow, if I knew I wouldn't stay. Very disappointing!!
I do not recommend it.
