No hot water first thing in the morning of our first day (but hot water later), hot water first thing on our second day only to quickly turn cold before we could shower. No hot water in the evening. Don't know if this was exclusive to our room or a hotel energy-saving policy. Evening meals in the pub next door were adequate and the breakfasts first class. Only two tea bags in the room with no herbal or fruit alternatives, cost-cutting gone mad!

For £35 for a one night stay, an absolute bargain, very friendly staff,quiet location, with good clean rooms. For the price point we were very impressed. Breakfast cost as much as the room, and was ok, but not the best we have had in similar location.

We stayed at premier Inn over the weekend had evening meals which was very nice but the best was breakfast the food was very good and hot could not felt but what was best for us was the great service we got from Chioe and her team we will be back thank you Chloe from sue

I visited on my own for training in the area and was not overly happy about it. At check in Shane welcomed me with a courtesy and a smile, which boosted my confidence. The room was spotlessly clean. In the morning I happen to speak to Sammie on a corridor, who was knowledgeable about the local area and very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed there at all times. They do have a refurbishment going but as it was in another building, it did not affect my stay. If I have to visit King's Lynn I'll happily stay at this hotel again.

The reception staff were very helpful. There was a booking in issue, not of my making, but the worked hard to resolve it. They succeed. The bed very comfortable and the extra pillows in the room were needed.

The hotel as with all Premier Inn's was comfortable and well equipped. The staff at Kings Lynn were particularly friendly and helpful and both the hotel and adjoining Brewer's Fayre restaurant was run very efficiently and professionally. My only quibble was the poor wi-fi.

Lovely friendly staff always at hand, with great clean rooms. We stay regularly at the Kings Lynn branch and have always been made welcome. Breakfast was a good selection and service was good. We have had evening meals here before and never had any problems.

Great beds, good nights sleep, nice and quiet, very clean and tidy Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, main meal had plenty to choose from also Definitely recommend, we had no complaints Excellent
