The property was new and gorgeous. It's in a great area. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was dirty. I am not sure they cleaned it from the previous stay. Everything else seemed clean.

I stayed here for an educator conference at Marshalltown High School. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful. The lobby had water, tea and coffee throughout the day. Fantastic breakfast offered in the mornings.

Great location. Beautiful property and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area. The only complaint we had someone stomping around in the room above ours at 3 am. Wish they would soundproof the ceiling but that’s a problem with all hotels. The Dove brand body wash, shampoo and conditioner was a very nice touch!
