Fui muito bem recebido pela recepcionista Kelly que foi muito prestativa, e agradecer tambem o jantar feito pela Bruna no hotel 10 de blumenau. Muito satisfeito, hotel proximo a Br e em frente ao shopping, quartos bem limpos e organizados.

Não tive um experiência muito boa com este hotel chegamos tarde umas 22:30 cansados e o nosso quarto estava com cheio horrível em tudo inclusive nas cobertas ja estranhei de quando abrir a porta do quarto a janela ja estar aberta o cheio realmente estava muito forte tivemos que ligar o ar e deixar a janela aberta para dormir e sem coberta pois o cheio estava ruim, sobre o atendimento da recepção perfeito! o cafe da manha descemos as 09:30 ja estava faltando um monte de coisa infelizmente minha experiencia não foi boa neste lugar

O hotel é bonito. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Em frente tem um shopping mas se for andando tem uma passarela a 500 metros mais ou menos. O hotel serve apenas jantar. Agradecimentos a recepcionista Danielle que foi simpática e prestativa conosco Iremos voltar em breve com certeza

Um ótimo lugar para ficar, confortável, espaçoso, um bom café da manhã, localização boa, perto dos shoppings e funcionários amigáveis. Quartos bons, com ótimas camas, um banheiro pequeno, porém muito bom, talvez um armário para guardar as roupas ao invés de ficaram penduradas nossa gabinetes em aberto. E talvez uma espécie de varanda, ou varal, para pendurar roupas.
