Amazing view to the sand dunes and oasis.
Pool could be more clean.
Nice but confused staff.
Good bed.
Little far from town.
Not so good breakfast, but good food at restaurant.

The staff is perfect, helpful, attentive and responsive.
The hotel is old and poorly maintained.
Too bad, there really is the potential for a real 4 star.
But the details: repair of defective elements and cleaning of the terrace and balcony in particular, could allow this hotel to have a higher level.
I think it is currently a 3 star.
The breakfast is absolutely a continental breakfast and not at the level of a large hotel.
Coffee with milk, croissant, 2 or 3 yogurts, 1 brick of juice and that's it.
Often empty and not replenished.
Shame.

Superbe lieu mais dans un piteux état … tout est délabré , odeurs dans la salle de bain , chasse d’eau tellement puissante que ça déborde à chaque fois … j’ai eu la chance de partager ma chambre avec un couple de pigeons qui ont eu la gentillesse de se soulager sur le balcon … du caca en plein milieu du balcon pas nettoyé depuis un bail bref à part la vue et la piscine à moins 10 degré … aucun intérêt d’y séjourner…

Le ménage est en option … en effet il y’avait du caca de pigeon sur le balcon pas nettoyé depuis des lustres ajouter à cela une odeur nauséabonde provenant des toilettes ou la chasse d’eau est une cascade …/ ça déborde à chaque chasse .// immonde

Ce qui m'intrigue le plus ! D'où a t'il obtenus ses 4 étoiles ? Chambre propre , avec toutes les commodités , cabine de douche super étroite , eau maron de temps à autre. Service de soirées médiocre ou inexistant , restauration trop chère payé pour des plats ordinaires Petit déjeuner des années 70 Petite piscine mais propre avec un surdosage de chlore. Personnelles manquant de formation hôtelière.

Struttura bella con piscina, giardino, ampie terrazze vista palmeto e deserto, ampi spazi comuni all’interno, discreto ristorante, ma….la manutenzione delle camere è un disastro: con 43 gradi di temperatura la maggior parte delle camere aveva l’aria condizionata non funzionante! Poi rubinetti che perdevano, docce che allagavano la camera da letto, sportelli degli armadi divelti ecc. Il personale in verità è gentilissimo e fa di tutto per rimediare, ma i disastri sono tanti. D’altra parte agenti viaggio locali assicurano che gli altri hotel sono peggio, per cui …

Struttura molto particolare, realizzata al tempo dei francesi. La hall accogliente e pulita ospita il cliente in maniera degna, con personale molto efficiente e professionale. Raggiungere le camere è abbastanza difficile, ma con le dritte del personale aiuta di molto. Le camere pulitissime con i servizi disinfettati giornalmente, permette di effettuare un soggiorno sicuro e piacevole. La cena è invitante e buona, mentre la colazione è leggermente scarsa, anche se a me è bastato tutto quanto. Il tutto viene arricchiatocdal panorama sull'oasi che infonde una pace interiore.
