Nice place to stay .. we only had one problem we cant enter to the building without key and no reception 24hours to connect we have missed 1night stay buy overall is good

Currently difficult to locate entrance, as building is covered in scaffolding. However once inside its a nice clean and spacious apartment. No major noise issues. Its walkable to centre in about ten minutes.

I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel through what I later found out to be a 3rd party site. The company, guest reservations sent me a confirmation of the hotel booking but I never received any type of communication from the actual hotel despite repeated emails asking for their confirmation and also the code needed to enter the building where the hotel was located. I arrived at the hotel and once again emailed the hotel asking for the code needed to enter and once again it fell on deaf ears. They obviously have no clue what email is and or how to use it. I would never book a reservation with this place again as their customer service is non-existent.

Unfortunately, we encountered major hygiene issues at this accommodation. Here are the main concerns: Dirty sheets and mattress cover – with a large yellow stain in the middle. Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Water with food residue and dirt in the dishwasher. Electric kettle with limescale buildup and other residues inside. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The presence of dust in some areas of the room would not have bothered me, but these are serious issues. We informed the accommodation about these problems but received no assistance.
