The hotel is a 4-star hotel, but don't compare it to a 3-star hotel in China. It can't compare in terms of facilities or food, which is understandable given it's a small city. Also, the staff are quite friendly to Chinese people.

Everything else was good, except for one thing: the twin beds were a bit too small. The hotel is classic and quiet, though the room was a bit dark. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was acceptable, and the location was decent. I'd probably stay here again next time I'm in Timisoara.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate.
Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible.
Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us.

Swiming pool was cold, jacuzzi dirty and not operational, bathtub was broken, room description incorrect ("suite with bathtub" was with shower, bathtub was only in family room)
