Eigentlich waren wir sehr zufrieden, als wir nach längerer Auszeit für einige Tage wieder Ihre Gäste waren. Für uns erkennbar und auch sehr anerkennend war, dass Sie in den letzten Jahren sehr viel in Ihr Hotel investiert und auch verbessert haben. Dennoch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber mit gutem Willen schnell abzustellen wären: 1.) wir haben Ihnen zwei Emails gesendet, die von Ihnen unbeantwortet blieben 2:) Ihre Begrüßung und auch Verabschiedung an Ihrer neuen Rezeption ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Es fehlte bei unserer Ankunft die Herzlichkeit / Willkommenskultur und bei unserer Abreise die Höflichkeit, da uns kein Stuhl angeboten wurde, sondern der Checkout im Stehen erfolgte. 3.) trotz Überwachung des Frühstückbuffets durch einen Ihrer Mitarbeiter fehlten oft Gläser, der Mitarbeiter, der für die Eierspeisen zuständig war, war oft gar nicht anwesend, die Käse-und Aufschnittauslagen sollten häufiger im laufe des morgens gerichtet werden sowie die Gabeln gesäubert werden. Alles OK. Nur Parkplatzsituation ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Besonders die Tiefgarage gegenüber ist grauslich.

Es war schade, dass wir in die Restaurants unseren Hund nicht mitnehmen konnten. Das war früher im Panorama und im Grillroom möglich. Wir hätten sicherlich dort öfter gegessen.

Geschirr beim Buffet war vereinzelt verschmutzt. Tiefgarage hat keinen Fahrstuhl der ins Hotel führt. Sonst aber alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. SPA Bereich auch sehr schön

...eine tolle Adresse für eine Auszeit an der See, unmittelbar am Strand und er Promenade gelegen. Das Haus ist freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet - hier kann man auch an Schlecht-Wetter-Tagen gut verweilen. Absolut sauber und immer freundliches Personal ist hier Standart - dazu ein toller Wellness/-SPA-Bereich...

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Ostsee. Die Suite 917 ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine separate Sitzecke mit Couch und Sessel, Balkon mit direktem Meerblick. Eine Kaffemaschiene und Safe gehören zur Ausstattung. WLAN steht im gesamten Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist hervorragend. Parkplätze stehen in einer Tiefgarage und auf einer Freifläche gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel in alle Richtungen ab.Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauben und modern eingerichtet.
