Only real negative there was no soap in the bathroom which was easily rectified by a visit to the front desk...an oversight no doubt

Kindness, professionalism and quick service from staff. It is good to see old fashion values of hospitality are still upheld and present here. I was treated with undue unkindness and ignored at other hotels so I left to come to microtel instead and even though the front desk staff were unaware, they lifted my spirits. I will continue to stay here every time now.

The hotel itself is your standard Microtel that you would expect. The beds are marginally comfortable, the rooms are clean and otherwise comfortable, and the pool facilities are always kept in good shape. The standout is the staff. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to solve issues from forgotten toothpaste to an unexpected early check in.
