First, the check in process was smooth, altho the lobby was so packed and small. Second, our parking at level 7 but the entry & exit ramps were easily access. Third, THE LIFT? I repeat, the lift was soo annoying!! We have to wait more than 15mins everytime we use it to the point we have to take the lift to go down first then only going up, same goes to when we need to go down. Such a burdensome! Fourth, the staycation was as advertised only that it was a bit dusty. But the staycation was nice afterall, only the lift makes me not going to repeat staying here again.

Penang bridge view. Everything good, room a bit dust, still acceptable. Living room light not functioning, probably due to upstairs water leaking. Overall is good.

We’re 5 people (family)
We got 2 bedrooms ( 2 king beds each room so totally 4 king beds)
- Bed and pillows are so comfortable, we had a great sleep here
- Room is clean
- View is so amazing
- location is good not far from George Town

แต่ต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มเข้ามาเองนะคะ
ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองจอร์จทาวน์ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ มีwifi ให้ใช้ด้วย

Toilet door cannot lock. Room door cannot close. Hair dryer spoiled, but after complaining , they changed a new hair dryer to us.
